Exchange: There is only an exchange for designers (L Beirut - Nour Fathallah - Fouad Sarkis - Elle the Label) in case the dress was small or tight. We will replace it for you, and the exchange fee is 250 USD (which includes international shipping fees + taxes) since the first time the fee was on La mar Atelier store and the dress was shipped to you for free. Return: If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, providing the order number, product details, along with a clear video clip and photos. Our team will review the case carefully within two working days, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer will be compensated and the case handled in a way that ensures their rights, according to our approved procedures. Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of the original purchase date. After this period, orders are processed and prepared for shipping, and cannot be modified or canceled.
